The LSA is committed to putting people first in the design and development of services and in ensuring participants and their families have real opportunities to influence the way services are delivered.

The Participant Reference Group (PRG) is part of that commitment. With a membership of participants and families, they are in the unique position to understand what other people in the scheme are experiencing. Their support and understanding comes from their own experiences.
