A Service Planner is assigned to each participant accepted into the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) and coordinates services and ongoing review assessments on behalf of, and in collaboration with, the LSS participant.

The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) will not fund services that a LSS participant is entitled to under other applicable State or Commonwealth Legislation. We will not provide funding for other persons, agencies or bodies as part of a common or universal service obligation or reasonable disability adjustments under a law dealing with discrimination on the basis of disability.
