Over 10 years of collaboration through the Research, Education and Program (REP) Grant Program, the Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) has proudly supported almost 100 innovative projects covering a breadth of topics that promote road safety and support road trauma recovery.
Each year, the LSA funds research, education and programs (REP) that advance the frontiers of spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and other road trauma related outcomes. Researchers can investigate and develop cutting-edge strategies and approaches that improve the treatment, care and support of Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) participants. Through the LSS, the LSA funds treatment, care and support to participants who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents in South Australia, regardless of fault.
