The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) administers the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) in accordance with the Lifetime Support Scheme Rules (LSS Rules). The LSS Rules explain the eligibility criteria of the scheme, what can be funded as treatment, care and support as well as the approach if you disagree with a decision made by the LSA about your eligibility or treatment, care and support needs.

The Lifetime Support Authority has undertaken an extensive review of the Lifetime Support Scheme Rules and we are interested in your feedback and thoughts on the proposed changes.

The LSA is conducting this consultation process through the South Australian Government’s YourSAy website.

The consultation period ends on Friday 11 February 2022 – information sessions have been scheduled to support the proposed changes and to respond to any queries you may have regarding the Lifetime Support Scheme Rules.

Information sessions will be held online using Microsoft Teams software. Dates for the information sessions are highlighted below.
