As previously advised, the current LSA Strategy (LSA Strategy 2018 to 2022) ends this year. The LSA started its strategic planning process for the next four years (to 2026) last year. A survey was sent out to 90 stakeholders or stakeholder groups, with 33 responses received (either in survey form or in meetings).

The feedback has been immensely valuable and the LSA would like to thank everyone who took the opportunity to provide feedback.

The LSA received feedback and ideas on:

  • changes to the Vision and Purpose statements
  • what the LSA does well and what can be improved
  • strategic outcomes and areas of focus for the next four years.

The LSA Board met in February 2022 to consider the feedback and discuss the direction and key strategies for the next four years. As a result of this discussion, the LSA management are now refining the direction and strategies which are expected to be approved by the board in June 2022. The Strategic Plan will be published soon after approval.
