The funding of treatment, care and support under the Lifetime Support Scheme is governed by the LSS Rules. The Rules are reviewed on a periodic basis to ensure they remain relevant to the needs of participants and the Scheme.
The LSA is currently undertaking a review and intends to seek feedback on the proposed changes. Consultation is planned to commence in the next few months, subject to finalisation of the proposed changes.
The consultation process will be managed through YourSAy, the government’s online consultation hub.
We will send an email to all parties who receive the LSS newsletter when the proposed LSS Rules is available for review.
